Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship from Hawaiʻi to destinations across the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Processing & Delivery Time
Prints: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your shipping label is created.
Original Paintings & Commissioned Artwork: Please allow 4-6 weeks for your artwork to be completed and shipped, depending on our current volume. Each piece is created with care and cannot be rushed.
Order Tracking
You will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your shipping label is created. Use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Packaging
All artwork is carefully protected using gallery-standard packaging to ensure it arrives safely. Original paintings are fully insured during transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy (US Orders Only)
Prints: Fine art prints may be returned within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
International Orders: All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please process a return and place a new order.
Final Sale Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Original paintings
- Commissioned artwork
- Greeting cards
- Stickers
- All international orders
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
Damaged Items
Most items are insured during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@studiokolea.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@studiokolea.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll provide instructions for returning your item. Please note that you will be responsible for purchasing and affixing the return shipping label.
