Processing & Delivery Time

Prints: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your shipping label is created.

Original Paintings & Commissioned Artwork: Please allow 4-6 weeks for your artwork to be completed and shipped, depending on our current volume. Each piece is created with care and cannot be rushed.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL with discounted rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship from Hawaiʻi to destinations across the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days). Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Packaging

All artwork is carefully protected using gallery-standard packaging to ensure it arrives safely. Original paintings are fully insured during transit and packaged with protective materials and reinforced corners.
