RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligible Items

Only fine art prints purchased from US orders are eligible for returns. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Original paintings
  • Commissioned artwork
  • Greeting cards
  • Stickers
  • All international orders

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, except for the following items which are exempt under EU Directive 2011/83/EU:

  • Original paintings and commissioned artwork (goods made to specification or clearly personalized)

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact info@studiokolea.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@studiokolea.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for purchasing and affixing the return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@studiokolea.com if the item is defective or damaged. Most items are insured during shipping, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please process a return and place a new order separately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
