How It Works:

After your purchase, we'll send you example photos and instructions. You'll need to send us a photo of yourself or your loved one. This gives you the chance to style yourself and choose how you wish to be portrayed in the portrait.

Photo Requirements:

• Full body visible in the photo
• Photo doesn't need to be professional—just clear enough to capture the details

Delivery Time:

Please allow 4-6 weeks for your commissioned artwork to be completed and shipped, depending on our current volume. Each piece is created with care and cannot be rushed.

Commission Terms:

• No revisions: Each commissioned piece is a unique artistic interpretation and is final upon completion
• Rights & ownership: Studio Kōlea retains all legal rights to the design and keeps a digital copy for our records
• What you receive: You will receive the original physical artwork and one printed copy for personal enjoyment
